Bank experiences record growth for the second year and continues to increase in processing volume with TRANSFIRST’s end-to-end solution

DALLAS (May 31, 2006) – Dallas-based TRANSFIRST, a leading provider of transaction processing services and payment enabling technologies, today announced that The Bank of Greene County, with assets of $294.7 million as of June 30, 2005, was its number one agent bank ranked by processing volume in the state of New York for 2005.  The bank has posted one of the largest increases in processing volume, for a bank of its asset size, of any financial institution within TRANSFIRST’s portfolio.
