Names Paul Oswald Vice President of Business Development
for Its Independent Sales Service Division
DALLAS (June 2, 2005) –
Dallas-based TRANSFIRST,

enabling technologies, today announced that Paul Oswald has been
named vice president of business development for its Independent
Sales Services division. In this position, Oswald, who has 15
years of experience in the financial services industry, will help
lead the company's business growth and development with independent
sales organizations and agents. His primary responsibilities will
be to develop new business relationships, increase market share
for TRANSFIRST's
products and services and assist independent sales organizations
and sales agents in customizing merchant processing programs.
